*All of the designers that I admire have a perspective that they design from. They tell stories and create universes around the garments they make. Currently, I'm thinking designing from a clear perspective would help my design language be more concise. Moreover, I'm now going to be designing in favor of collections rather than sporadic drops of one or two items at a time. This is a working manifesto, so over time it will get clearer to what I'm truly trying to convey. It needs a bit more fleshing out, I'll formally update y'all when I feel content with the manifesto. Right now, I still need to grapple with some ideas and ponder some questions.

I use "Source energy" as a term for a higher power (instead of God, Allah, the Universe, etc.) so it can be inclusive. Though, this is just my interpretation of things.. you all have your own minds to form your own opinions*

 

We are all angels in physical form. We are all the physical manifestation of Source energy. We all have the power to make and shape our own reality. We are the creators of our own experience here on this Earth. We, at Sabrosa, encourage you to step into the powerful role of the conscious creator of your own reality. Step into your divine greatness.

Though, there is a duality to everything.

Being in physical form comes with different circumstances to navigate. Lust and temptation seemingly become more apparent with the more success and recognition one attains. Morals and beliefs are tested constantly. Caught between the belief of being a "good" person and enjoying what pleasures the physical form has to offer.

 

Other thoughts:

We cannot be certain that other people beyond ourselves exist. Everyone you know can be a projection of your own consciousness (like the people that are in your dreams.) I think it's a fifty-fifty chance that other people are real. I hope they are though. I want to believe we all found each other in the stars and chose to populate here at the same time. Kinda like when you and your friend would coordinate to go on club penguin at the same time and join the same server to go walk around with your puffles together. Iykyk..
